It happened. JLA/Avengers switched worlds at one point, Metron sets each team a challenge to retrieve plot devices which ofcourse resulted in duplicity. Captain America saw the DCU celebrations of the JLA, and assumed they were tyrants. Superman saw the Marvel universe villified its heroes, and assumed they were incompetent or evil. Important bits are: Superman beats Thor, but not the Avengers.
And once the aforemention duplicity is revealed, this happens.
There’s also some bits of Batman sneaking about behind Metron, doing his detective business, and Hal Jordan conjuring a harness for superman to pull planets with. S’pretty good.
