Drinking soon. This first.
Inspired by true events.
“Well, fuck you, Sharron! Fuck you and this whole fucking store” I shouted, making sure to catch the ears of those around me but without being overly dramatic. Moderation is key. “It’s already been decided, ok? We’ve tried to deal with your behaviour before, but all the other branch managers and i are in agreement. You’ve got to go.” Good for you,...
2012: What will make the news? →
guardian:
But what will 2012 bring? Tell us your news predictions for the new year. Here are some things you might answer:
• What will happen to the Eurozone? Will any member countries leave the Euro? • Who will win the Republican primaries in the US? • Will Usain Bolt take victory at the London Olympics? Who will take the honours at the Games? • Will we see a shift in party leaders in the UK...

Christmas 2011
Present in the post contained a dressing gown, pyjamas and slippers, so i have been wrapped up all cosy-like for the day. Lovely. In doing so, i have watched Where The Buffalo Roam for the first time in ages, Little Miss Sunshine for the first time, and been listening to music i missed in the last 12 months. Artists include Primus, Protest The Hero and Wilco. Even made a quick skype call home, in...
Just got a christmas present in the post from...

Spotify is now working on my phone
Well, that’s my evening gone right there.
Currently: Eating salad, watching Charlie Brookers Black Mirror : The National Anthem.
Wasn’t sure where it was going for a second, and then i started laughing and have not yet stopped. Lovely afternoon.
Is there anything about this pitbull bloke that doesnt scream “will one day be caught pissing on a 12 year old”?
i remember waiting for hours at night for the porno on channel 5 which would feature less explicit genitalia than this akon video. Also he is shit. Anyway…
Hiphop videos are basically safari for me. A whole world i am so far from being part of. I mean Really. Nappy boy. A grown man saying he is like a child in diapers. And thats just his name the song isnt even good. And then sean paul who i would normally ignore except his video features some ridiculously fancy and expensive lighting rigs. Thank you ents for ruining something else for me with facts
so i guess im sharing a bottle of jack daniels with australian-korean brian cox. I mean he probably doesnt know dick about stars but they look alike. History in pop bands, uncertain
hotwings, pizza, 3000 won beers and a playlist including afi, lostprophets and old system of a down? I like this place
I have a phone in a country where wifi is ubiquitous and im heading out for after work drinks. This may or may not result in drunken bilingual liveblogging. Just as a heads up

So, i went ahead and made a Best Of 2011/Recent... →
Each track to be taken as the stand out track from a best-album-of-the-year . Astronautalis gets two, only because it wouldn’t be fair to include the whole album. Doesn’t really feel like a best-of list to me, though. Maybe because everything there is just so good all i’ve listened to is these.
ASIWYFA - Seriously, everything should start this way. Make no mistake, you start...

Last night i dreamt of some far away frontier town in early 1900s. It was basically snowed in but a recent expedition for supplies had returned empty handed, save for bringing with them a bothersome bug. The insect was small, fast, and nearly impossible to catch. It was also a fearsome red, and seemed to have massive eyes compared to its wingsize. Days wore on, and people in the town became...
Started the evening with a crash course in Egyptology from an Oxford don whos brother works for CERN, ended it with talking about hot jazz with a taxi driver. Blimey.
