My project starts tomorrow. It is about the effect of a point mutation in Auxilin J Domain. The mutation i’ll be studying is changing Lysine 847 to a Cysteine. The mutation i’ve just finished reading about in a paper from Biochemistry journal is the effects of changing Lysine 847 to a Cysteine. That helps.
